JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Social Media Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for Social Media Virtual Assistants (VAs). The trainer will be responsible for curating monthly training sessions, ensuring new VAs receive up-to-date and effective training, and maintaining a strong pipeline of future talent. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, along with strong teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and implement monthly training programs for Social Media VAs.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management and marketing.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both live and pre-recorded, covering social media management, content creation, analytics, and strategy.
Onboarding & Quality Assurance
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new VAs to ensure they meet quality standards before being assigned to clients.
- Continuously review and refine training materials to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor trainees’ progress and skill development, providing feedback and additional coaching when needed.
Talent Pipeline Management
- Identify and recruit potential Social Media VAs to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- Develop a certification or assessment process to evaluate VAs’ readiness for client assignments.
- Work closely with HR and management to align training programs with company goals and client expectations.
Industry & Performance Monitoring
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates to keep training relevant.
- Track VA performance and effectiveness post-training to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from VAs and clients to refine training content and delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop training materials, including guides, presentations, and video tutorials.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training programs.
- Familiarity with social media VA responsibilities and remote work environments is a plus.
