JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Production Artist Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for products like murals, wallpapers, pillows, blankets, etc. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential for customizing these products based on customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Customization: Create custom designs for products like murals, wallpapers, pillows, blankets and other products based on customer specifications.
Design Asset Creation: Develop and create various design assets, including logos, illustrations, and graphics, tailored to the specific product requirements.
File Preparation: Prepare files for printing or digital delivery, ensuring they meet production standards and are optimized for the chosen product format.
Color Management: Maintain color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes to achieve the desired visual outcome.
Proofreading: Review and proofread designs for errors, inconsistencies, and adherence to design guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as other relevant design software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graphic Design Experience: Minimum experience in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for product customization, particularly murals, wallpapers, pillows, blanket, etc.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, especially in product design and customization.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Creativity: Creative and innovative thinking, with a strong understanding of design trends and aesthetics.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address design challenges and technical issues.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating and collaborating with colleagues.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Main Device:

Processor: Intel Core i5 / Ryzen 5 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
RAM: 16 GB or higher.
Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
Graphics Card: Dedicated graphics card with at least 4 GB VRAM (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 570)

Backup Device:

Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
